Easy Turtles
Small twist pretzels
pecan halves
Rolo chocolate candy
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place pretzels on the pan about 1/2 in apart. Remove wrapper from Rolos, squeeze it between your fingers lightly until it breaks a bit exposing the caramel inside and place on top of pretzel. Bake at 225 for 4-5 minutes or until chocolate as melted some. Top with pecan halves and cool. Enjoy! Very easy, very quick! Makes a great copy of the original.

Another Gift Bag Idea
White Chocolate Caramel Chex Mix
by Jen Ward
1/2 box Rice Chex
1/2 box Corn Chex
1/4 box wheat Chex
Pretzel Sticks about 1 -1 1/2 c.
2 bags of Whilte Chocolate chips
Caramel bits (you can only find them at Target in the baking aisle, otherwise buy a bag of Kraft Carmels and cut them in fourths.
Put the cereal and broken up pretzels on a jelly roll pan. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes just to warm them. Melt the white chocolate on stovetop on low or melt in microwave. Put cereal mixture, caramels in a large bowl. Add the melted warm chocolate and mix until completed coated. Pour out onto wax paper and allow to cool. Put into Gift bags. This recipe is so very good and makes a great gift. I know because Jen gave this to my family for Christmas this year and wow. I'm wanting some more already. Thanks Jen for the recipe to share.
